Terms of Service

The rules for using StyleGPT. Last updated: October 21, 2026. By using the service you agree to these terms.

You own your results — commercial use included

You retain all rights to the garment photos you upload. Subject to these terms, generated images are licensed to you for any commercial or personal use, including:

  • Use generated images in your online store, marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, SHEIN, Temu, and others), social media, ads, and print catalogs
  • Edit, crop, retouch, and adapt generated images for your product listings
  • Use generated images for client work if you are an agency or freelancer delivering to apparel brands

Content restrictions — what you may not upload or generate

  • Upload images you do not own or have no right to use — you must hold the copyright or a valid license to every photo you submit
  • Upload counterfeit goods, knock-offs of protected designs, or products infringing third-party trademarks
  • Generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or depicts real people without their consent
  • Resell raw access to the service or scrape the generation pipeline for bulk redistribution
  • Use generated outputs to misrepresent product material, color, or construction in a way that violates consumer protection laws

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the listings you publish with generated results. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these content rules.

1. The service

StyleGPT provides AI-powered image editing tools for apparel product photography, including ghost mannequin generation, background removal, and related utilities. Features evolve over time; we may add, change, or retire functionality.

2. Credits & billing

Generation is metered in credits. Free accounts receive complimentary credits for evaluation. Purchased credits do not expire while the service is operational. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the consumed credit is automatically returned — see the Refund & Credit Policy for details.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent credit limits, probe or attack our infrastructure, or use automated scraping on the generation pipeline beyond documented API access. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive traffic to protect availability for all users.

4. AI generation disclaimer

Outputs are generated by AI models and may occasionally contain artifacts or imperfect details. Review each result before publishing it in production listings. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that every generated image will be suitable for a specific marketplace's requirements.

5. Privacy

How we store, process, and delete your uploaded images is described in the Privacy Policy, including our no-training and automatic-deletion commitments.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
