Privacy Policy

This policy explains what StyleGPT collects, how your uploaded garment photos are handled, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 21, 2026.

Your Uploaded Images — the short version

If you only read one section, read this one. Apparel merchants often upload unreleased products, so image privacy is treated as a product requirement, not a legal footnote:

No human review

Uploaded images are processed end-to-end by automated systems. No employee or contractor views your garment photos as part of the generation pipeline.

Never used for AI training

Your uploaded images and generated results are not used to train our models or any third-party model. Your product line stays yours.

Automatic deletion

Uploaded source images and generated results are automatically deleted from active processing storage shortly after generation completes. We keep only what is strictly needed to deliver the result to your browser session.

Unreleased products stay confidential

We know many merchants upload samples or unreleased seasonal drops. There is no marketplace, gallery, or portfolio built from user images — your uploads are never published, shared, or shown anywhere.

1. Information we collect

Images you upload. Garment photos you submit for processing, plus the generated results returned to you.

Account information. If you create an account: an email address and basic profile information. No real names or business details are required to try the studio.

Usage data. Standard, aggregated analytics (pages visited, feature usage) collected via Google Analytics 4. This data is not linked to your uploaded images.

2. How your images are processed

When you upload a garment photo, it is transmitted over HTTPS to our processing infrastructure and forwarded to our AI generation provider (Google Gemini API) solely to produce your requested output. The provider processes the image on our behalf under contractual terms that prohibit using the data for their own model training.

Processing is automated. Images exist in active storage only as long as needed to run generation and return the result, after which they are automatically deleted.

3. What we never do

  • We never use your uploaded images to train AI models.
  • We never publish, display, or sell your images — there is no public gallery of user content.
  • We never share your images with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We never require identity documents or business registration details to use the studio.

4. Data retention & deletion

Uploaded images and generated results are deleted automatically after processing. Account records and billing history are kept for the life of your account and for legal/accounting retention periods after closure.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@stylegpt.app. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of processors: our AI generation provider (Google Gemini API), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and standard infrastructure hosting. Each processes data only to deliver its function, under their own privacy frameworks.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
